A plan you can actually finish
Most study plans die on Tuesday. Fincho's is drafted from what is really on this week, sized to the minutes the student said they have, and rewritten when life gets in the way.

Sunday evening, S3
Eilidh has a maths assessment on Thursday and a chemistry write-up due Friday. She tells Pip that Wednesday is out for hockey. Pip drafts the week: short sessions on the days she has, the assessment revision landing on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, the write-up split so it is not all on Thursday night.
The draft comes as a card in the chat. She reads it, taps Confirm, and it becomes the week. Monday morning there is a list of three things and a Done button beside each. Two of three ticked and a twig goes on her nest; a missed day does not knock the pile over.
Sized to real time
The student sets daily minutes and study days once. Plans respect them; a 25-minute evening gets 25 minutes of work, not a wish list.
Built from what is actually on
Timetable, homework told to Pip, weak spots from marked work, the school's own term dates and assessment weeks. The October break is the October break.
Rewrites without fuss
Say "Wednesday is out" or "move the essay to Saturday" and the plan changes. Confirmed tasks that were already done stay done.
One twig a day
Finish two thirds of the day's list and a twig lands on the nest. No leaderboard, no streak shaming, no comparing siblings.
What parents see
You see plan completion and the nest growing, week by week, on the family dashboard. Not the conversation that produced the plan.
